In this 75 minute course we try several breathing patterns to alter your mood, meditation, visualizations, tapping to release stress,+ more. We also chat about how you can begin to maneuver through stressful situations and where stress gets trapped in the body and how to move it through and out of your body.

There is also a bonus yoga nidra session for you to go even further with relaxation.
